TERMS & CONDITIONS – Manali Couple Package

1. • This exclusive holiday package is offered at just ₹3500 per couple.

   • The package includes 5 nights accommodation:

     • 2 nights in Shimla

     • 2 nights in Manali

     • 1 night in Chandigarh

   • All stays come with vegetarian buffet meals: lunch, dinner, and breakfast (unlimited).

   • The offer is valid on selected dates only and is subject to hotel availability.

   • This package is valid for 2 persons only. Additional guests may attract extra charges.

   • Advance booking is mandatory at least 15 days prior to the travel date.

   • Voucher submission is required at the time of booking with Metro Couponz.

   • Bookings and enquiries must be done exclusively through Metro Couponz Mumbai Office.
     The hotel/resort will not accept this voucher directly.

   • Room confirmation is subject to availability and advance payment of the food/package charges.

   • A nominal processing fee will be charged at the time of booking.

   • Transportation, sightseeing, and transfers are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

   • Outside food, beverages, and liquor are strictly prohibited at the hotels.

   • Guests are responsible for maintaining hotel property and infrastructure during their stay.

   • This voucher is not valid during festive or blackout periods. (Refer to blackout dates.)

   • Standard check-in and check-out times of respective hotels apply.

   • Metro Couponz reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer or its terms at any time without prior notice.

   • All bookings and payments should be made in the name of “Metro Couponz”.

   • In case of any dispute, the decision of Metro Couponz management shall be final and binding.

   • Rights of admission are reserved.

   • All legal matters are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
