TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This is an exclusive offer for Stay & Food at ₹1300/- per person per day.
   (Includes vegetarian meals: Unlimited buffet lunch, dinner, and breakfast.)

2. This offer is valid on all days.

3. The offer is mandatory for 2 persons for 2 days.

4. This voucher entitles accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children (below 3 years) in a Deluxe Room for 2 nights and 3 days.

5. The hotel/resort will not entertain this voucher directly. Outside food, beverages, and liquor are strictly prohibited.

6. Submission of this voucher is mandatory at the time of booking at Metro Couponz. All taxes applicable as per government rules will be charged.

7. Booking for the stay must be done at least 15 days in advance at Metro Couponz and is subject to availability.

8. All enquiries and bookings must be done only through the Metro Couponz Mumbai Office.
   The hotel/resort will not deal directly. Room confirmation is based on availability at the time of booking and on advance payment of food charges.

9. A nominal processing fee will be charged at the time of booking.

10. All clubbing activities and amenities are included during the stay at no extra cost.

11. Guests are requested to take care of utilities and infrastructure during their stay.

12. This voucher is not valid on festive days.

13. Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM

14. Management reserves the right to amend or cancel any terms and conditions without prior notice.

15. All bookings and payments should be made in favour of “Metro Couponz”.

16. In case of any dispute, the decision of Metro Couponz management will be final and binding.

17. Rights of admission are reserved.

18. All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
