1. This is an exclusive offer for a Kerala tour package at ₹2356 per couple, covering 2 nights in Munnar, 1 night in Thekkady, and 1 night in Alleppey.

2. The package includes accommodation and vegetarian meals (buffet lunch, dinner, and breakfast).

3. This offer is valid on selected dates only and is subject to availability.

4. The package is applicable for 2 persons only (1 couple). Any additional guests may incur extra charges.

5. Advance booking is mandatory and must be done at least 15 days prior to travel date.

6. Voucher submission is required at the time of booking with Metro Couponz.

7. All bookings and enquiries must be made only through Metro Couponz Mumbai Office.
   The hotel/resort will not entertain this voucher directly.

8. Room confirmation is based on availability at the time of booking and upon full payment of applicable charges in advance.

9. Transportation, sightseeing, and other activities are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

10. A nominal processing fee will be charged at the time of booking.

11. Guests are requested to maintain decorum and take care of the provided accommodation and facilities during their stay.

12. This voucher is not valid during festive or blackout dates. (Refer to blackout date policy.)

13. Check-in and check-out timings vary by hotel and will be communicated at the time of booking.

14. Management reserves the right to amend or cancel any part of the offer or its terms without prior notice.

15. All bookings and payments should be made in favour of “Metro Couponz”.

16. In case of any dispute, the decision of Metro Couponz management will be final and binding.

17. Rights of admission are reserved.

18. All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
